It's time! You've spent all winter in the gym prepping yourself for the open and possible the sanctional qualifier in the north. Why not squad up and use that fitness you've worked so hard for to have some fun at a local comp!

Teams of 3 females or 3 males will compete in 3 divisions through 4 Tests and 1 floater(weather dependent). Get your squad together and get dialed in for your trip north. Or grab your classmates and have some fun with your fitness! Either way if you're ready for WAR we've got the test for you!

Just For Fun
The Just For Fun division is for anyone new to Competitive Exercise or with limited range of motion. It is an absolute amazing feeling to lay it all out there with your friends in comp. We want everyone that wants that experience to have the opportunity.
Our judges will be instructed to work with you to find the ROM that works best for your team. If the standards set still does not fit your ability we can/will scale as needed. Wts. will not be scaled but ROM requirements can be in this division.
You are signing up for this division to have fun with your fitness. Our job is to make sure you do just that!

DB Ground to Overhead 35/20
Box Step Overs 24/20
Wallball 14/10 to 9ft Target
The Average Jane/Joe division is for the athlete that has competed in a few local comps and is ready for more of a challenge. If you are competing in this division it means you are able to complete full range of motion in your squats as well as your presses. You may either struggle with moderate weight barbells or bodyweight movements but can «RX» an occasional workouts.
Our judges will be instructed to hold the line on movement standard for you. However, if scaling is needed it will be available. Your score for that event would then move to the bottom with any other teams that scaled that event in your division. Don't let rope climbs detour you from this division.
This division is for the slightly competitive athlete that still likes to wear their sun glasses at night.

The Warrior Jane/Joe
The Warrior Jane/Joe division is for the athlete that's kind of a big deal....You and your team crush RX workouts with very few movements outside of your ability. If your crew is looking for a challenge we have the test for you!
