For one night only, Oak & Oyster is transforming into Roble y Ostra! Inspired by the flavor and soul of Latin American food and drink, Roble y Ostra will feature stimulating small plates influenced by Latin American fare, as well as unique and provocative cocktails.

-Elotes (grilled street corn with Cotija cheese, smoked paprika and harissa aioli)
